Without sponsors community theater would not be possible.  The Town Hall Players are a non-profit community service group entirely funded by donation and ticket sales. There are many ways to sponsor your community theater group. These range from volunteer work and in kind donations to tradional monetary gifts. Please read on to see how you can help.

Sponsorship through advertising
Each production is accompanied by a program that each patron recieves. This provides an excellent way to reach hundreds of local consumers in a way that is not otherwise possible. Options are numerous for the ads.  They can incorporate graphics and text, specials, or even special deals and coupons. They also come in several sizes to accomidate any budget. The pricing is as follows:

"Season" Sponsorship through advertisements
A season sponsorship includes advertisements in four consecutive plays, but also includes tickets for two to each production on the performance of your choice. This is a new option, more information regarding pricing, etc will soon follow.

In Kind Donation
The Town Hall Players are often in need of materials for set building and decoration, props, concessions and more. If you feel that you or your company has useful items to offer please contact Jeff Boyer with the items you have to donate.

Volunteers
Each production has a tremendous amount of behind the scenes workers. We need volunteers to work box office and concessions at every performance. We are also in need of stage help for "Today Again." If you can donate any of your time to any of our activities please contact Jeff Boyer.
